Job Summary

Seeking a part-time Board-Certified Physician to conduct independent, evidence-based disability appeal reviews remotely, providing objective reports and ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct independent, evidence-based file reviews of patient records and documentation
• Provide objective, high-quality reports within specified turnaround timelines
• Ensure compliance with URAC, HIPAA, and internal quality standards

Required qualifications

• Active Board-Certification
• Current, unrestricted U.S. State Medical License
• Engaged in clinical practice for 20 hours/week or more
• Experience in peer review, utilization review, or independent medical examination is preferred
• Strong written communication skills for clear documentation of findings
