Board-Certified Physician - Eating Disorders

Job Summary

Seeking a Board-Certified Physician - Eating Disorders for a full-time, remote position focused on delivering comprehensive medical assessments and treatment for patients aged 6-99 with eating disorders, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive medical assessments and evidence-based treatment for co-occurring medical conditions related to eating disorders
• Monitor vital signs and collaborate with medical assistants and nurses to ensure medical stability and facilitate care coordination
• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff and advanced practice providers, participating in treatment team meetings and documentation

Required qualifications

• MD or DO degree with board certification in family medicine or dual certification in internal medicine and pediatrics
• Active, unrestricted medical license in one or more states, with a willingness to obtain additional licenses
• 3+ years of clinical practice experience, preferably in high-acuity, high-volume environments
• Experience in eating disorder medical management and evidence-based practices preferred
• Exceptional communication skills with a history of collaboration with diverse teams and external providers
