Job Summary

To support a healthcare venture capital fund, the part-time Board-Certified Psychiatrist Advisor will evaluate startups for psychiatric safety and treatment pathways, focusing on digital behavioral health platforms and care coordination while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct clinical reviews of digital behavioral health platforms and treatment solutions
• Evaluate safety claims and clinical supervision structures in investment opportunities
• Advise portfolio companies on psychiatric protocols and collaborate with multi-specialty advisors

Required qualifications

• Board-certified Psychiatrist with experience in various psychiatry settings
• Familiarity with psychopharmacology guidelines and continuity-of-care models
• Experience with digital behavioral health platforms or tele-psychiatry (preferred)
• Ability to translate psychiatric workflows into investment evaluations
• Commitment to innovation and equitable mental health access
