Job Summary

A company is looking for a Board Communications Specialist to support and execute communications for the Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute Board of Directors communications tactics in collaboration with various teams
  • Create content for the Board of Directors, including talking points, video scripts, and related materials
  • Serve as a liaison to track communication activities and provide support for leadership meetings and town halls
Required Qualifications
  • BA in communication, public relations, marketing, advertising, or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in communications, marketing, or public relations management
  • Experience in creating communications for and partnering with Board and C-level positions
  • Understanding of market research and experience managing agency relationships
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and creative thinking skills
