Board Engagement Logistics Specialist

Job Summary

Managing logistical activities for speaking engagements and outreach events, the part-time Board Engagement Logistics Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication for PMI's Board of Directors while continuously improving processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a dynamic calendar and dashboard of Board engagements aligned with PMI's Outreach Plan
• Document and communicate Board speaking and engagement assignments based on requestors' interests and strategic priorities
• Compile, analyze, and report on trends from Board outreach events, ensuring actions are tracked and communicated

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree desired; postgraduate business degree preferred
• 5+ years of board or executive-level communication experience in global business environments
• Experience leading dispersed teams across geographies
• Smartsheet expertise is a plus
• Fluent in English with strong presentation and negotiation abilities
