Job Summary

A company is looking for a Board Member for a Virtual Obesity Medicine Clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on go-to-market strategy, payer and employer partnerships, and revenue models
• Provide insight on reimbursement pathways and healthcare economics for obesity care
• Support strategic introductions across the healthcare ecosystem and participate in quarterly advisory board meetings

Required Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare leadership (payers, PBMs, health systems, or digital health companies)
• Background in venture capital, private equity, or healthcare investment
• Expertise in strategy and operations related to obesity, chronic disease, or population health management
• Experience scaling early-stage health tech or telemedicine ventures
• Commitment to participating in a part-time advisory role
