Job Summary

Seeking experienced executives, the part-time Board Member, Partnerships will manage strategic relationships and drive growth initiatives within a fully remote advisory role focused on corporate venture capital and partnerships.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with leading brands and investment teams to identify growth opportunities
• Evaluate investment opportunities and guide high-impact commercial partnerships
• Shape strategic growth agendas and facilitate enterprise partnerships

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience in corporate venture capital, corporate development, or business development
• Strong background in managing relationships with corporate decision-makers
• Experience in evaluating strategic investments and acquisitions
• Demonstrated ability to open doors to enterprise partnerships
• Track record of guiding organizations in market expansion initiatives
