Job Summary

To support its acquisition and modernization strategy, the part-time Board of Advisors Member will identify, evaluate, and integrate profitable logistics businesses in the mail industry while leveraging AI technology and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify acquisition targets ranging from $250,000 to $5 million
• Review financials, valuation, risks, and advise on deal structure and negotiation strategy
• Support post-acquisition integration and guide the deployment of AI-powered workflows and technology

Required Qualifications

• Experience in small business acquisitions and lower-middle-market M&A
• Background in the mail industry, retail shipping, or logistics businesses
• Knowledge of deal sourcing, valuation, due diligence, and transaction structuring
• Experience with post-acquisition integration and operational improvement
• Familiarity with automation and AI-enabled operations
