Job Summary

Supporting strategic initiatives, the full-time remote Board Relations Coordinator will manage Advisory Board engagements, drive integration execution, and create executive-level communications while collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and coordinate materials for Advisory Board meetings, ensuring effective engagement and follow-up actions
  • Support key integration initiatives through project management and stakeholder coordination, tracking progress and providing status updates
  • Create clear and compelling executive-level communications, translating complex information into actionable insights
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong project management capabilities with experience in managing multiple priorities and driving cross-functional alignment
  • Finance experience or strong financial literacy, including the ability to interpret financial statements
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored to various audiences
  • Technical fluency and comfort working with data, reporting tools, and analytical platforms
