Boarding Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Boarding Paralegal responsible for managing the initial stages of foreclosure and bankruptcy cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and establish new case files, ensuring proper organization of associated documents
• Review loan documents for completeness and determine if additional documents are needed
• Input client and case information into the case management system, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute for a degree
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in default services, with a focus on foreclosure and bankruptcy preferred
• Proficiency in CaseAware and familiarity with BKFS/Tempo is desirable
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
