Boarding Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Boarding Representative II will manage the onboarding of new accounts, activations, and quality control for merchant accounts while ensuring accurate data entry and communication with partners and staff.

Key responsibilities:

• Review daily assignment queue for account onboarding and ensure record completion
• Key and sync account data to facilitate prompt onboarding and communicate with partners for additional information as needed
• Perform data entry for corrections and maintenance requests, and support departmental projects and assignments

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience with software user interfaces in the merchant processing field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to navigate multiple system interfaces efficiently
• A typing speed of 40+ wpm
