Job Summary

Boarding Representative II is a full-time, entry-level position responsible for onboarding new accounts, activations, and ensuring quality control of merchant accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Review daily assignment queue for account onboarding and ensure record completion
• Key and sync account data to ensure accurate and timely onboarding
• Communicate with partners and staff to gather additional information as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in the merchant processing field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to navigate multiple system interfaces efficiently
• Typing speed of 40+ wpm
