Job Summary

A company is looking for an Unrepresented Bodily Injury Adjuster - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and assess unrepresented claims related to automobile accidents, including uninsured or underinsured motorist claims
• Take recorded statements, resolve loss of use claims, and negotiate settlements or refer complex bodily injury issues
• Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels while maintaining accurate documentation of claims

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in claims adjusting, particularly in bodily injury claims
• Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment
• Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating and negotiating claims
• Possession of or ability to obtain necessary adjuster and/or appraiser licenses within 60 days of hire
