Key Responsibilities

• Investigate moderate, unrepresented claims for bicyclist, pedestrian, and motorcyclist loss types
• Take recorded statements, resolve loss of use claims, and make payments to appropriate parties
• Negotiate and settle claims or refer unresolved bodily injury issues

Required Qualifications

• Experience in claims investigation and negotiation
• Knowledge of casualty claims and applicable lines of business
• Ability to perform detailed reviews of damage and interpret policies
• Proficiency in using various communication methods such as phone, email, and video chat
• Compassionate approach to customer service in claims handling
