Job Summary

Investigating automobile accidents remotely, the full-time Bodily Injury Adjuster will manage moderately complex unrepresented claims, including uninsured motorist claims, while providing exceptional customer service and negotiating settlements.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and assess coverage, liability, and damages for unrepresented moderate bodily injury claims
• Take recorded statements and resolve loss of use claims while making payments to appropriate parties
• Negotiate settlements for bodily injury issues and refer complex cases as necessary

Required qualifications

• Experience in claims handling, particularly with unrepresented moderate bodily injury claims
• Knowledge of coverage, liability, and damages assessment in automobile accidents
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on reaching fair settlements
• Ability to communicate effectively through various channels, including voice calls, email, and text
