Job Summary

Managing complex automobile claims, the fully remote Bodily Injury Adjuster will conduct thorough investigations, evaluate coverage and liability, and assess damages while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Applies advanced understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships within the company
• Handles investigations regarding all aspects of advanced auto claims with discretion and independence
• Reviews, evaluates, and negotiates basic to moderate injury claims, recognizing customer needs and addressing them effectively

Required Qualifications

• Prior injury claims experience, particularly in material damage and/or attorney-represented bodily injury claims
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage claims within authority limits
• Familiarity with insurance policies and coverage evaluation
• Experience in customer service within the claims process
