Bodily Injury Adjuster

Job Summary

To support a growing claims team, the fully remote Bodily Injury Adjuster will investigate and confirm facts of loss for advanced automobile accidents, determine coverage and liability, and negotiate claims within their authority.

Key Responsibilities

• Applies advanced understanding of insurance policies and handles investigations regarding coverage, liability, and damages for advanced auto claims
• Reviews, evaluates, and negotiates basic to moderate injury claims as needed
• Identifies customer needs and determines subrogation or fraud potential while providing excellent customer service

Required Qualifications

• Experience in homeowner liability claims
• Familiarity with EPIC is a plus
• Preferred experience in auto litigation
• Strong understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships
• Ability to exercise discretion and independence in handling claims
