Bodily Injury Adjuster

Job Summary

To handle complex, high-exposure bodily injury and litigation claims across all 50 states, primarily focused on West Coast jurisdictions, the fully remote Large Loss Bodily Injury Adjuster will manage catastrophic losses, litigated files, and rejected tenders while providing oversight on claims exceeding policy limits of 250/500.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs file reviews for various complex projects or cases in litigation, analyzing data and reporting findings
• May review cases to determine if Closed Without Payment (CWP) is appropriate given gross tort value exposure
• Supports the Field with discretionary referrals on complex coverage issues

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience managing bodily injury litigation claims
• Expertise in homeowners liability exposures
• Ability to handle claims valued in excess of Market Claim Office (MCO) and Regional Claim Office (RCO) limits
• Knowledge of policy limits of 250/500
• Experience working in challenging and volatile venues
