Bodily Injury Adjuster

Job Summary

Working remotely from the Eastern or Central Time Zones, the full-time Represented Bodily Injury Adjuster will investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and bodily injury, manage high volumes of claims, and negotiate settlements with customers and attorneys.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate automobile accidents to assess coverage, liability, and damages
• Communicate with customers and attorneys through various channels to provide exceptional service
• Utilize innovative platforms to negotiate fair and timely injury settlements

Required qualifications

• Prior represented third-party casualty claim handling experience is required
• Experience in OH or CT claims is highly preferred
• 2-5 years of moderate/complex Bodily Injury claim handling experience is preferred
• Proficient communication skills, especially over the phone
