Job Summary

Investigating moderately complex unrepresented claims, the fully remote Bodily Injury Adjuster will handle uninsured and underinsured motorist claims, take recorded statements, resolve loss of use claims, and negotiate settlements.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and manage moderately complex unrepresented claims, including UM/UIM and CPL claims
• Take recorded statements and negotiate settlements or refer unresolved bodily injury issues
• Make payments to appropriate parties and resolve loss of use claims

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of claims adjusting experience
• Experience handling uninsured/underinsured bodily injury claims preferred
• Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills for evaluating and negotiating claims
