Job Summary

Handling moderate to complex represented claims, the fully remote Bodily Injury Adjuster - GA/AL/NC/SC will investigate uninsured/underinsured motorist claims, negotiate settlements, and manage loss of use claims while working independently.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and evaluate moderate represented UM/UIM claims in single or multi-car accidents
• Negotiate settlements and manage complex claims, including business interruption and loss of income
• Take recorded statements and resolve loss of use claims while making payments to appropriate parties

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in liability investigations and bodily injury claim evaluations
• Casualty claim handling experience is required
• Previous experience with UM/UIM bodily injury claims handling
• Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills for effective claims negotiation
