Focusing on investigating automobile accidents, the fully remote Bodily Injury Adjuster - MD/VA/DC will assess coverage, liability, and damages while negotiating fair injury settlements and providing exceptional customer service to clients and attorneys.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and bodily injury with attorney/litigation involvement
• Assess coverage, liability, and damages while communicating effectively with clients and attorneys
• Utilize innovative platforms to negotiate timely injury settlements with all parties involved

Required qualifications

• Must reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zones
• Experience in claims handling or related field is preferred
• Strong understanding of coverage, liability, and damage assessment
• Proficiency in using digital communication tools for client and attorney interactions
• Ability to negotiate settlements effectively and efficiently
