Job Summary

Handling complex represented claims, the fully remote Bodily Injury Adjuster - NJ NY PA will investigate and resolve bodily injury claims, manage customer communications, and negotiate settlements while primarily focusing on claims from New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.

Key responsibilities

• Investigates and resolves moderate to complex bodily injury claims, including single and multi-car accidents
• Reviews medical reports and prepares claims for settlement evaluation
• Negotiates settlements and manages customer communications regarding claims concerns and conflicts

Required qualifications

• Experience in claims handling, particularly with bodily injury or represented claims
• Knowledge of insurance policies related to bodily injury and liability
• Ability to analyze medical reports and determine claim values
• Familiarity with Department of Insurance regulations and complaint processes
• Preferred candidates located in the Eastern or Central time zones
