Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster to manage claims related to trucking and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of claims management including investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution
• Identify and pursue subrogation opportunities to recover costs from responsible third parties
• Develop and maintain relationships with insurance carriers, vendors, and legal counsel

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Insurance, or related field
• Minimum 3+ years of claims management experience, with at least 2 years in transportation or logistics claims
• Demonstrated experience in subrogation and recovery operations
• Proven experience managing complex liability and cargo claims
• Familiarity with FMCSA regulations and DOT compliance is preferred
