Key Responsibilities

Analyze claims exposure and execute decision-making to resolve claims appropriately
Communicate extensively with all parties involved in the claims process to ensure effective resolution
Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support claim outcomes

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma
Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
Active Adjusters' licenses in relevant jurisdictions (TX, FL, NY, HI, RI a plus)
Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
Computer experience with claims and business software
