Job Summary

Experienced in managing non-attorney represented bodily injury claims, the fully remote Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster will investigate and resolve claims from initial report through resolution while supporting customers in the Pacific Time Zone.

Key responsibilities:

• Handles investigation regarding all aspects of bodily injury claims, including coverage, damages, subrogation, and litigation
• Applies an intermediate understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships to effectively manage claims
• Identifies potential subrogation or fraud and collaborates with internal teams to achieve optimal outcomes

Required qualifications:

• Strong foundation in bodily injury claims management
• Experience in customer service and claims processing
• Knowledge of insurance policies and industry standards
• Ability to work independently with discretion and authority
• Familiarity with identifying subrogation or fraud potential
