Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bodily Injury and Litigation Auto Claims Examiner.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex high value bodily injury and litigated claims
• Develop strategies to limit claims and contain costs in collaboration with internal and external partners
• Provide training and refine claims processes while ensuring alignment with KPIs

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, or risk/loss prevention
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience handling confidential information
• 3+ years of experience in program requirements definition and data metrics for improvements
• Experience with SQL and Excel
