Bond Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Trade Compliance Services Department, the full-time remote Bond Specialist will manage customs bond applications, renewals, and compliance documentation while ensuring timely and accurate service to customers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Process customs bond applications, renewals, and related documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Monitor bond sufficiency reports and recommend bond adjustments based on customer import activity
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and surety providers regarding bond-related inquiries

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Customs Compliance, or a related field preferred
• Working knowledge of customs bond requirements and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
