Booking Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Booking Consultant for their healthcare innovation team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with leads and potential patients, explaining clinical offers and enrolling patients in the virtual clinic
• Book appointments with physicians and validate patient's health insurance
• Work remotely using sales tools and coordinate with clinic offices in Australia, Boston, and Barcelona

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer or sales roles
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Comfortable with phone and email communication
• Ability to develop a deep understanding of CRM systems
• Educational background or experience in the healthcare environment is a plus
