Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bookkeeper & Billing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain monthly cash and accrual P&L reports for business, with multiple revenue and expense streams
  • Manage invoicing, accounts receivable, and collections, as needed
  • Track and calculate sales and sales team commissions
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in Business or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
  • At least three years of related experience
  • Thorough understanding of policies and procedures used in accounts receivable and billing
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Quickbooks/Zoho and Smartsheets preferred
  • Comfortable working remotely with excellent communication skills
