Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bookkeeper/Finance Consultant (Part-Time, Remote).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in QuickBooks
  • Track organizational and project-related expenses across multiple grants and funding streams
  • Prepare quarterly and ad hoc financial reports for funders and leadership
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in bookkeeping, finance, or nonprofit administration
  • Demonstrated professional experience with QuickBooks and financial reporting
  • Strong experience tracking budgets, expenditures, and grant-related costs
  • Knowledge of financial regulations in the U.S. or Europe is highly desirable
