Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bookkeeper/Finance Consultant (Part-Time, Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in QuickBooks
- Track organizational and project-related expenses across multiple grants and funding streams
- Prepare quarterly and ad hoc financial reports for funders and leadership
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in bookkeeping, finance, or nonprofit administration
- Demonstrated professional experience with QuickBooks and financial reporting
- Strong experience tracking budgets, expenditures, and grant-related costs
- Knowledge of financial regulations in the U.S. or Europe is highly desirable
