Bookkeeping Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bookkeeping Account Manager who will serve in a client-facing role for bookkeeping clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for bookkeeping clients and accounting partners
• Manage onboarding and setup processes for bookkeeping clients
• Oversee communication with clients and ensure quality assurance in bookkeeping services

Required Qualifications:

• Dedication to enhancing the client experience
• Experience managing at least 20 accounts simultaneously
• Ability to quickly learn new technology and bookkeeping systems
• 4+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably in a professional service firm
• Experience with IOLTA and lawyer trust accounting is a significant plus
