Job Summary

Detail-oriented and organized, the full-time Bookkeeping and Administrative Assistant will manage financial data, support daily business operations, and provide administrative assistance in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, manage vendor invoices, and oversee customer invoicing and collections
  • Perform bank reconciliations, record daily transactions, and maintain an accurate general ledger
  • Handle office communications, schedule meetings, and assist senior leadership with various administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or administrative support
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (experience with EPICOR is a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong numeracy skills with a high degree of accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
