Job Summary
Detail-oriented and organized, the full-time Bookkeeping and Administrative Assistant will manage financial data, support daily business operations, and provide administrative assistance in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable, manage vendor invoices, and oversee customer invoicing and collections
- Perform bank reconciliations, record daily transactions, and maintain an accurate general ledger
- Handle office communications, schedule meetings, and assist senior leadership with various administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or administrative support
- Proficiency in ERP systems (experience with EPICOR is a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong numeracy skills with a high degree of accuracy in data entry
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
