Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bookkeeping Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of offshore bookkeepers, setting performance targets and improving bookkeeping processes
• Analyze bookkeeping metrics, collaborate with BPO partners, and work with other departments to enhance customer experience
• Collaborate with various teams to scale the bookkeeping function through automation and achieve company goals

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in accounting
• 2+ years of team management experience with consistent performance assessment
• Strong analytical skills and experience reporting key metrics and learnings
• Bonus: Previous remote work experience, knowledge of accounting software, and understanding of tax differences for Sole Proprietors and S-Corps
