Lead and develop a team of offshore bookkeepers, ensuring high performance and accountability
Manage performance targets across quality, productivity, and automation adoption

Required Qualifications

5+ years in bookkeeping or accounting operations
2+ years of experience leading or mentoring team members
Strong understanding of S-Corp and Sole-proprietor bookkeeping
Experience in a high-volume, tech-enabled services environment
Familiarity with automation tools and workflow optimization
