Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bookkeeping Specialist to support its financial operations and maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and post entries in accounting systems
  • Process accounts payable invoices and manage vendor relationships for timely payments
  • Record and reconcile daily transactions, supporting financial reporting processes
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or related financial roles
  • Experience in healthcare or mental health bookkeeping preferred
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management
  • Experience with bank reconciliations and financial statement preparation
