Key Responsibilities

• Sell EBSCO Books products and services to assigned accounts through various communication methods
• Achieve sales quotas and provide monthly assessments of territory sales and trends
• Recommend product and workflow solutions to enhance library efficiency and manage the sales process using internal resources

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a library or organization providing library services
• Sales experience in relatable industries
• Knowledge of library technical services and bibliographic databases is a plus
• Experience working remotely or in a home office
• Ability to make cold calls and manage customer accounts effectively
