Borrower Account Services Supervisor

Job Summary

Managing the daily activities of the Borrower Recovery Teams, the full-time Borrower Account Services Supervisor will oversee a team of Recovery Specialists, ensuring compliance with federal regulations while achieving collection goals and providing quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve team member and borrower issues while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Analyze and approve compromises to maximize revenue and set up Dialer Calling Campaigns for efficient collections
• Coach and train team members, monitor performance, and create reports to develop collection strategies

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Two or more years of supervisory experience in collections or a compliance-oriented position
• Thorough knowledge of FFELP programs and federal/state regulations
• Experience in student loans is preferred
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
