Borrower Advocate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Borrower Advocate to manage relationships with borrowers and ensure a positive mortgage experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively communicate with borrowers regarding loan terms and servicing processes
• Monitor project progress and provide support for challenges such as delays or budget issues
• Investigate and resolve post-closing borrower inquiries and advocate for borrower needs internally

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 1 year of mortgage-related collection, customer service, or sales experience
• Knowledge of the mortgage life-cycle and processing steps
• Experience with project management preferred
• Proficiency in Excel or similar spreadsheet software
