Job Summary

A company is looking for a Borrower Advocate to serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers after loan approval.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with borrowers, ensuring understanding of loan terms and servicing processes
• Monitor project progress and provide support for challenges like delays or budget issues
• Investigate and resolve post-closing inquiries and disputes, advocating for borrower needs internally

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in mortgage-related collection, customer service, or sales
• Knowledge of the mortgage lifecycle and processing steps
• Experience with project management preferred
• Familiarity with real estate transaction methods and related insurance preferred
