Job Summary
A company is looking for a Borrower Advocate to serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers after loan approval.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with borrowers, ensuring understanding of loan terms and servicing processes
- Monitor project progress and provide support for challenges like delays or budget issues
- Investigate and resolve post-closing inquiries and disputes, advocating for borrower needs internally
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in mortgage-related collection, customer service, or sales
- Knowledge of the mortgage lifecycle and processing steps
- Experience with project management preferred
- Familiarity with real estate transaction methods and related insurance preferred
