Job Summary

Proactively managing relationships with borrowers, the full-time remote Borrower Advocate will ensure a seamless mortgage experience by providing support throughout the loan lifecycle, addressing inquiries, and preventing defaults.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain clear communication with borrowers regarding loan terms and servicing processes
  • Support borrowers by monitoring project progress and addressing challenges such as delays or budget issues
  • Resolve post-closing inquiries and advocate for borrower needs within the organization
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 1 year of mortgage-related collection, customer service, or sales experience
  • Knowledge of the mortgage lifecycle and processing steps
  • Experience in real estate transaction methods
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel or similar spreadsheet software
