Bot Developer

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the part-time remote Bot Developer will design, build, and refine messaging bots for platforms like WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord, ensuring reliable conversational workflows and integrations with backend services.

Key Responsibilities

• Build bots for messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord
• Design and implement conversational flows and integrate bots with LLMs for natural language responses
• Evaluate and refactor AI-generated bot code for reliability and error handling

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in backend, integration, automation, or bot development
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience building bots for major messaging platforms
• Strong command of Python or Node.js for backend bot logic
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and databases for storing conversation state
• Portfolio or examples of bots built are required
