BPL Account Manager
Job Summary
Managing multiple loan files, the full-time BPL Account Manager will serve as the primary borrower liaison, ensuring efficient loan processing and funding while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for borrowers, cultivating long-term client relationships through consistent communication and support
- Coordinate onboarding, underwriting, and closing workflows to ensure efficiency and a seamless loan processing experience for clients
- Review loan files for compliance and accuracy, monitoring credit utilization and managing multiple loans simultaneously
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the financial services and/or real estate industry
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM and advanced knowledge of the loan closing process
- Advanced skill in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience leading transaction teams and managing customer interactions
