BPL Closer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a BPL Closer responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of loan documents in accordance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of projected loan closings and coordinate loan closing activities
• Prepare and distribute loan documents, ensuring compliance with pre-funding conditions
• Review Title Commitments and Purchase Contracts for accuracy and communicate with internal teams and clients

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 7+ years of experience in loan closing or a comparable role within the mortgage or financial services industry
• Ability to adapt to changing closing procedures and apply precise documentation skills
• Advanced prioritization, organizational, and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook)
