BPL Diligence Analyst

Job Summary

Performing due diligence reviews of closed Residential DSCR and RTL mortgage loans, the full-time remote BPL Diligence Analyst will ensure compliance with lender guidelines and analyze loan files for accuracy and completeness.

Key responsibilities

• Execute BPL diligence activities to guarantee high-quality product delivery per established standards
• Review and analyze loan files to confirm adherence to internal processes and external requirements
• Identify process gaps and provide recommendations for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of residential mortgage-related experience
• Strong familiarity with lender guidelines and standard mortgage documents
• Experience with origination LOS and/or due diligence systems
• Proficiency in basic income and asset calculations as well as credit report analysis
