BPL Lending Operations Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the growth and optimization of the BPL platform, the full-time remote BPL Lending Operations Analyst will manage lead intake channels, assist borrowers through the application process, and enhance operational efficiency throughout the loan lifecycle.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage inbound lead channels, ensuring timely follow-up and application quality
- Assist borrowers and referral partners with application completion and document collection
- Analyze pipeline data and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Information Systems, Real Estate, or a related field, preferred
- 2+ years of experience in mortgage lending, sales operations, or a related operational role
- Experience working within a Loan Origination System (LOS) or comparable lending technology platform
- Understanding of the loan lifecycle from lead generation through funding and servicing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and reporting tools
