BPM UX AI Workflow Specialist
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced BPM UX AI Workflow Specialist, the remote position will manage the design and optimization of business processes, user interactions, and AI-enabled reporting for an enterprise modernization effort within the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate discovery and design sessions to identify current operations, pain points, and desired outcomes
- Develop and maintain process models, workflow diagrams, user journeys, and role-based interaction flows
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate findings into user stories, prototypes, and backlog priorities
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business process management, UX analysis, or process improvement for software delivery
- Experience documenting current-state and future-state processes and user journeys
- Working knowledge of BPMN 2.0 or comparable process-modeling practices
- Practical understanding of usability, accessibility, and role-based workflows
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
