Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting and finance
• At least 4 years of experience managing stakeholder relationships
• Familiarity with RTR, PTP, OTC finance BPO operations
• Experience in the BPO/Professional Services industry
• Proven leadership in managing high-performing teams and complex programs
