Job Summary
A company is looking for a BPO Experience Procurement Director in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals, objectives, and budget
- Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts and pricing, and ensure quality of goods and services purchased
- Manage procurement team, monitor processes, and measure year-over-year savings
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 10 years experience in a lead procurement position, with BPO experience
- In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, policies, and procedures
- Strong negotiation skills and supplier management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and procurement software
