A company is looking for a BPO Lead, Global Seller Onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize the performance of BPO partners
- Lead strategic business reviews and monitor compliance with SLAs and contractual obligations
- Implement process improvements and drive continuous enhancement initiatives using operational data
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field; or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience managing BPO vendors or outsourced operational programs
- Proven ability to lead process optimization and performance improvement efforts
- Experience with SLA frameworks, QA programs, and vendor reporting
- Preferred: Exposure to AI/ML, intelligent automation, or robotic process automation (RPA) technologies
