Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and optimize the performance of BPO partners
  • Lead strategic business reviews and monitor compliance with SLAs and contractual obligations
  • Implement process improvements and drive continuous enhancement initiatives using operational data
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field; or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience managing BPO vendors or outsourced operational programs
  • Proven ability to lead process optimization and performance improvement efforts
  • Experience with SLA frameworks, QA programs, and vendor reporting
  • Preferred: Exposure to AI/ML, intelligent automation, or robotic process automation (RPA) technologies
